We must say “international law ratified by Kenya.” This is because there are some international laws which we are not party to as a country. So, saying “international law” will be a serious blanket. It will open a Pandora’s Box. So, I ask Hon. Millie to do a further amendment and say “international law signed and ratified by Kenya.”"
