    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I also want to thank Hon. Kajwang’ who is also my brother. I actually agree with the Committee on sub-clause 4. I now move that we have a new sub- clause 5, which provides that- “The Appeals Committee shall be independent in the exercise of its functions under this Act (c) by deleting sub-clause (5);” They should no longer fear because it is all Government and it can as well be just independent."
