    "content": " The privilege of appeal here is being given against the decision of the Commissioner and not the Refugee Status Appeals Committee. If you look at those decisions, they may require that a person who has been denied refugee status be removed immediately. Giving such a person a whole 60 days to be within is too long a time for a state which is party to the Convention to retain a party. I was saying that even in the interest of the person affected by the decision of the Commissioner, within 30 days would be enough so long as it is 30 days upon being notified of the decision."
