Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I urge the Government to prioritise the setting up of irrigation schemes and dams in every constituency. This should begin in areas where there is scarcity of food. The Government should build cereal stores where our people can get food immediately in those areas. We know that the areas that feed this country are very few. It will not be very expensive to construct dams in every part of this country with the help of young men and women from the NYS."
