    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, even though my earlier proposal was defeated, I will move this one. I beg to move- THAT, Clause 20 of the Bill be amended─ (c) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (4) ─ “(5) The Cabinet Secretary shall make regulations to give effect to the better carrying out the provisions of this section and the regulations shall include provisions that shall ensure─ (a) no child is subject to trafficking in persons; (b) proper registration and identification is recorded to ensure identification of parents or relatives of the child; (c) a child is placed in a place of safety or with a designated officer responsible for unaccompanied children; and (d) the child receives psycho social support. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I know there may be rules and regulations. However, there is no harm in adding them here for purposes of emphasis. Even in literature, we were taught that. Moreover, especially when we exclude, sometimes attention is not paid to them. Therefore, I move."
