    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Hon. Members have a lot of interest in this Question. The Government is pumping money to a company where shareholders are being paid dividends. The Assistant Minister has not come out clearly to explain to this House how this is reflected in the books of accounts. Is it a loan to be repaid by these fellows or just money that the Government is pumping in and then paying dividends? Is he in order not to come out clearly on this issue?"
