    "content": " Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Let me also rise to support the Kenya National Library Service Bill (2020). A lot has been said. However, I also want to add my voice and say that the establishment of libraries across the country will help our youths to access information. As one speaker has said here, knowledge is power. It is true knowledge is power. I remember when I was growing up as a young girl; there was a library near my school. We used to visit the library. However, those days we used to pay some registration fee. I hope this time round the services will be free because that will enable many people to access them."
