    "content": "This Bill will help improve the operation of libraries in the counties and sub-county levels. It will promote digital learning or e-learning whereby you can access any material from the library at your comfort area. Also, it will help enrich the knowledge of our fellow young people. They can study the culture of a certain community, or the communication skills which were used then. The current generation is not able to understand the culture of some tribes and what was happening then because many have not been updated. However, when the Kenya National Library Service will be in operation, it will enable the comeback of that information so that, at least, the current generation can learn from it."
