"content": " With humility, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand guided. I thought that social distancing is good enough. Nevertheless, I support Hon. Sankok who said that this Bill is bringing back the reading culture in Kenya. It is very important. If you look around, particularly at our youth, they are glued to their televisions, phones and things that do not even increase their knowledge. It is very important that we strengthen this Service. I also support the information given by our Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) boss who said that we need to go deeper into the counties. I am of the view that we should go even further to the constituencies and after that, to the wards, because this is about a reading culture. Information is king. Where information is king, we need to strengthen that."
