    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am aware that some farmers in Mutomo and other areas of Ukambani are unable to deliver their produce to NCPB depots due to the long distances. (b) My Ministry is holding consultations with the various stakeholders with a view to establish buying centres to facilitate collection of maize. (c) Establishment of NCPB centres in Mutomo and Ikutha will be considered once there is production of sufficient stocks for sustainability."
