I seek protection from the Chair that the Senator of Migori County does not ascribe positions to me on BBI. I am not jittery about anything. I am just listening and following. As Sen. Kinyua said, if the Committee of Finance and Budget wants to convert this conversation into a public participation forum then we need to be given notice. If not so, we are here to discuss the Budget Policy Statement (BPS) and we are ready for it. I thank you."
