    "content": "The able Chairman has said that his Committee wants to review the timelines as well as the PFM provisions. Please propose the amendments because it is your Committee that has the mandate to propose those amendments to the PFM Act. Having said that, I am glad the Committee has noted. There is a lot of use of high-sounding words which many times mean nothing. You may find the PBS having a theme that sounds nice. I do not know what the theme here is. They talk about fiscal consolidation and it sounds nice. However, if you look at the actual provisions and the numbers, there is nothing being consolidated.
