    "content": "I am happy that the Committee has made comments on most of these issues. However, in the spirit of being patriotic, they are telling us to try and live with it. They did a good job, but we are not adopting the report for cosmetic reasons. Having said all that, what are we doing as a Senate or a legislature to make sure we are not caught up in circumstances because we are going down and down?"
