I would like to ask Question No. 050/2021 on behalf of the Member for Magarini to the Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning: (i) Could the CS explain why most land adjudication exercises carried out in Magarini Constituency disadvantage the local residents by either displacing them or denying them their rightful parcels of land? (ii) When will the Ministry undertake an audit of the adjudication exercise of Chakama Phase I and Phase II in Chakama Location in Magarini Constituency, with a view to ascertaining that it was fair and free of irregularities?"
