    "content": "If this Bill is enacted, we will curb issues of land grabbing. One of the key issues I want to quote from the observation that was given by the Committee is that the role of the Land Registrar is limited to registration of title documents. He does not prepare certificates or leases. We have seen in many cases the Land Registrar seeking ways of digitising title deeds. Most of the time they end up having two or three people registered on the same piece of land. This Bill will sort many issues. One of the land issues in my constituency is land cases that have been referred to tribunals. Most of the people who have been aggrieved do not have the legal fees to pay so that their issues can be sorted out by the tribunals. This Bill will support such people and cushion the poor. With those few remarks, I support the Bill."
