I am also cognizant of the fact that, indeed, the matter was picked up by the Departmental Committee on Lands. If you look at the Report on Page 5, they are proposing some amendments on the same matter. They recognise that the Registrar does not have the power to approve sub-divisions. That is a domain of another person. The work of the Registrar is to register titles hence an amendment has been proposed by the Committee which would resolve part of those issues.
