    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. As I was saying, I thank the Member for Ruiru, Hon. Simon King’ara, for bringing this very timely Bill. One of the responsibilities we have as Members of Parliament is to deal with issues that affect the people who elected us to this House. Clearly, from his discussion, we can tell that this is a problem that is really affecting the constituency that he represents. I also thank the Leader of the Majority Party, who is also a former Minister for Lands. He shed a lot of light on these matters. Hon.
