    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we visited the Port to look at how this operation is going on and we made certain observations. We observed that cargo throughout the Port of Mombasa has been rising over the years, driven by corresponding economic growth of countries that use the Port for imports and exports. We also observed that it would be appropriated that these services are not just for a given number of people. It should be liberalised so that as many people as possible can engage in the services of grain bulk handling at the Mombasa Port."
