    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion on optimisation of revenue in grain handling services at the Port of Mombasa. I wish to support what Hon. Members have said. It is important that we appreciate that cargo at the Port of Mombasa has been raising exponentially over the years. What is of utmost importance is to enhance revenue collection at the Port of Mombasa. Since we only have one grain handling service at the Port of Mombasa, we lack competition and so, what we have is a monopoly.
