    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to thank the Members for their very valued contributions to this Motion. They have pointed out many important matters like, there is appreciation of the investment made by the GBHL in grain handling services but it is time to open it up. In doing so, there must be fairness, transparency and competitiveness. I thank the Members of my Committee for the work they have done. Also, the Members of this House for their support of this Motion. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, with those few remarks, I beg to reply."
