As I conclude, I would like to tell the Senate that the National Assembly expeditiously passes their Bills that come here. They should also reciprocate and pass the laws that we forward there so that we are able to serve Kenyans. With those few remarks, I support the Bill and urge my colleagues to likewise do the same."
