    "content": "So, we may have made a mistake. As Parliament, we were not thorough in terms of looking if the document was complete or not. That should not be an excuse for us to punish our farmers and exporters because of something we should have done in December and did not do. Perhaps, the Committee did not know if the people knew. I want to alert you that time is of essence. The Committee can look at it over the weekend and give us a Report so that we are able to debate this and save our farmers from being levied duties on their exports to the UK from 8th March when the temporary MOU expires."
