If, indeed, the Member for Chepalungu had problems with interpretation of the law beginning from the Constitution down to the Act and the Standing Orders, then those problems have actually been dealt with in the directions which I have given. I am not inclined to exercise or invoke the provisions of Standing Order No.97.
