    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, Dr. Khalwale wanted to know what the Government is doing to avert a repeat of the 2005 Referendum when our Cabinet was split right in the middle during the violent Referendum of 2005. The Referendum of 2005 was not violent. Secondly, I want it to be known that unlike 2005, this Draft Constitution was prepared by the Committee of Experts (CoE) based on the input by the people of this country. When this House endorsed the Draft Constitution, the President and the Prime Minister were present in this House and they both stood up here to endorse it."
