    "content": "“(1) Subject to this Act, every refugee and every asylum seeker within Kenya shall- (a) be entitled to the rights and be subject to the duties contained in the 1951 Refugee UN Convention, its Protocol and the OAU Convention Governing Specific Aspects of Refugees in Africa; and, (b) be bound by all the laws in force in Kenya.” Hon.
