Temporary Deputy Chair, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 33 of the Bill be amended― (a) in sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “or body” immediately after the words “no person”; (b) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause 2― “(2A) The Commissioner may, on an application, review a decision made under subsection (1) where any new circumstance is brought to his attention.” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
