"content": "THAT, Clause 39 of the Bill be amended by inserting a new clause immediately after Clause 39― Confidentiality 39A.(1) No member of the Committee, employee or agent of the Department of Refugees shall disclose information acquired under this Act except—(a) in the course of his duties under this Act; or(b) with the consent of the Commissioner. (2) No person who receives information in contravention of sub section (1) shall disclose or publish the information. (3) A person who contravenes any provision of this section commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or both."
