"content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I really appreciate the Prime Minister’s comment and stress that the Constitution is for the people of Kenya. This country is composed of communities so that there are no misrepresentations during the “Yes” and “No” campaigns. This will ensure that each Kenyan is able to understand the contents of this Constitution so that it is voted by Kenyans that are well informed. Does the Prime Minister or the Government have any intention, bearing in mind the country’s population which can be able to read Kiswahili and English and understand is not beyond 30 per cent--- We want these Kenyans who do not understand these two languages to fully participate in this process. We want to know whether the Government is going to commit any money and print the Constitution in the 45 languages that are spoken in this Republic."
