(2) No person who receives information in contravention of sub section (1) shall disclose or publish the information. (3) A person who contravenes any provision of this section commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or both."
