    "content": "are many definitions. I move that they be amended as per the Order Paper except the definition of the word “spouse”. I drop it because I was including those married under customary law. Even before coming into effect of the Marriage Act, those are people who are married under the African Christian Act and the other laws. They are not married under African law. Those who are married under customary law before the Marriage Act came into effect which now recognises officially and even asks us to get certificates. I drop it nonetheless."
