As a country, we have not been able to look at what opportunities we can use in terms of technology. Technology is very significant and this country has not been able to use technology in farming. Water conservation, irrigation and drip irrigation are some of the technological improvements that have been done in very advanced countries. As a House, we need to speak and support so that we can realise the full potential of this country. This is an agricultural country.
