    "content": " Hon. Speaker, thank you. I stand to support the Motion raised by the Deputy Whip of the Majority Party. Consultations are never harmful. People can continue consulting until they agree on something. This matter of NG-CDF is very emotive and important to Members of Parliament because it concerns their constituencies. However, I know that there is a lot of work that has gone into it in the last three days. We can take two more days to fine tune it and agree and make sure that we have all the monies required and then come back to this House and pass all the laws that are required to help the country, as the Leader of the Majority Party has put it."
