    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Last week I had actually requested, on record, that we have a kamukunji with the Cabinet Secretary for Treasury. There are times that in the House you can see it is beyond the chairman or the House leadership. Those who were with me in the 10th Parliament know that there was an issue that was as divisive as this and it actually went to the President and Prime Minister. It called that we actually had to engage with them. Hon. Speaker, why do you see Members going this way? Many people may say that Hon. Members are looking out for their interests.
