Last year, I made a request for a Statement on a comprehensive audit of the Integrated Financial Management Information System popularly known as IFMIS. There was a lot of interest from Members in this House on the issue of IFMIS. The Speaker then directed that the Committee on ICT, and that on Finance and national Planning, handle the matter jointly because we had matters that touched on technology and finance."
