    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to inform Hon. Lentoimaga that sometimes it becomes difficult when a Member asks a question under a Statement. If you ask a Question, it calls for a CS or Ministry representative to appear before the Committee, so that he or she is interrogated further. However, if you ask for a Statement, you give a leeway that the Committee Chair files it through the House to the Member. Therefore, it is important for that clarity to come out, so that it gives way on what is supposed to be done."
