    "content": "I would like to urge the House, because we passed the two Motions that I brought to this House and there was a general understanding that these crops be elevated as two of the main crops in the country, to allow this amendment, so that we can help the people at the Coast and Kenya. I know there will be an item on public participation that has been put here, but there has been enough public participation on this by people in many fora where they have talked about the idea of ensuring that coconut and the cashew nuts are given due attention. So, the issue of public participation as enshrined in the Constitution has already been done in this House. The Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock then spoke of the cashew nut and coconut. Hon. Wangwe, please, whip the Members to support this amendment. I would like to urge every Member here to support."
