    "content": " Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman for giving me this opportunity. Unlike the first amendment, the one by Hon. Baya has gone through the right stages. It is important we recognise the two cash crops from the Coast and they are the mainstay of the people from the Coast. Each region has its cash crops. I would like to support it because the people of the Coast supported us in the 11th Parliament when we were struggling to have miraa classified as a cash crop."
