So, it will be very unfortunate that it suffers any other consequence. Hon. Tandaza brought the amendment and this is his Motion. What we attempt to do is to make amendment within the amendment that he is making. Therefore, we should not disadvantage Hon. Tandaza because this was the main amendment. There was a lengthy debate on the achiote or mrangi or bixa. So, it should be voted on its own."
