Kaluma to bring that amendment and remove that particular bit so that it is not every Tom, Dick and Harry who walks in and tries to claim what is not rightfully theirs. However, again we need to protect the children and spouses of the deceased. I think it is very important that spouses are recognised. You do not have to even prove that you are being maintained. For as long as you are a spouse, do you have to prove? You do not have to prove. It is important for us to be very clear. A spouse is a spouse. Once you have owned that spouse and everybody knows that is a spouse, they only have to get what is rightfully theirs."
