"content": "It is true that there has been trouble for widows and widowers to assume ownership of estates when one member of that family passes on. It has become very difficult even for courts of law to come up with a ruling on exactly who is eligible to own the deceased person’s property. That is why when you read several judgements; each and every judge has his or her own way of understanding succession. This Bill will put a lot of clarity on who is capable of owning the deceased person’s property. It has gone further to clarify who then becomes a spouse. By our understanding, stemming from Christianity as well, a spouse is a man and a wife who live together for procreation."
