    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Committee observed that the Ministry of Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 seemed to have played a minimal role, if any, in the finalization of the BPS. As a result, the programme annex to the BPS has no linkage to the strategic plans of the Ministries and does not have relevant outputs or indicators that can be monitored and eventually evaluated. The Committee, therefore, recommends that there should be more improvements in future of the Ministry of Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 in the Budget-making process."
