    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we also observed that in terms of performance of the economy and projections into the future, that the BPS is not clear as to what will be the key drivers of the economy in terms of future growth. Certainly, the BPS, as currently formulated, does not have details that would indicate how each of the sectors in this country contributed to the growth in 2009. We only saw a mention of the fact that there was drought, rains and some global crisis without indicating how each of them contributed to the growth so that, as a country, we are able to project what is likely to happen in the future."
