    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Committee also had a keen look at the status of the balance of payments. This is a requirement that the Government maintains some four months’ reserves of imports cover. The Committee observed that according to information contained in the Statement, this is not being maintained and there seems to be no efforts to attain this level in the next financial year, which is 2010/2011."
