    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. My good friend Hon. Charles Kilonzo is trying to give me some update. I sit on the Budget and Appropriations Committee and we have been sitting for very long hours, sometimes until 1.00 a.m. The day before yesterday we sat until almost 9.00 p.m. Part of the reason we sit for long is because we have been unable to agree with the CS. I was categorical to the CS, in the same manner Members are talking here. I told him that I have been in this House for some time and that I could read the mood. I told him that the mood of the House was foul, and unless he deals with what Members are saying, he would be in for a big problem.
