Speaker, after that we left the Budget and Appropriations Committee to relook at the issue but this morning, I received a copy of another letter from the Principal Secretary, National Treasury. Unfortunately, I do not have a hard copy. This letter was also giving an undertaking that the Treasury was going to expeditiously disburse all the balances totaling to Kshs41 billion.
