    "content": "Hon. Members, as you are aware, Standing Order No. 41(4) of the National Assembly Standing Orders requires the Speaker to report to the House any Message received from the Senate. In this regard, I wish to report that I have received a Message from the Senate regarding its approval of the Mediated Version of the Early Childhood Education Bill (Senate Bill No. 26 of 2018). Hon. Members, the Message conveys that the Senate, by a resolution made on 2nd March 2021, approved the Mediated Version of the Bill. You will also recall that this House approved the Mediated Version of the said Bill on 4th March 2021 thereby concluding the bicameral consideration of the Bill. Pursuant to provisions of Article 113(3) of the Constitution, I will present the Bill to His Excellency the President for assent. The House is thus accordingly informed. I thank you."
