    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, if Parliament is involved in the Budget making process, the element of equity and fairness in the distribution of resources will be achieved. The actual distribution of resources is a very important organ of any country’s Budget making process. I want to say that the enactment of the Fiscal Management Act of 2009 and its implementation is a milestone to the economy of this country and in ensuring that each and every part of this country is catered for in the budget making process."
