    "content": "Finally, the Member for Muhoroni, Hon. Oyoo, had a Statement which, by extension, I want to seek your direction. The question was about demolition of structures by the Kenya Railways Corporation (KRC). The question was taken to the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security and the Office of the Clerk had referred it to my Committee. When Hon. Oyoo appeared before my Committee, and I want him to speak, he was of the opinion that you made a ruling that the Statement should be responded by three Cabinet Secretaries: CS for Transport and Infrastructure, CS for Interior and Coordination of National Government and CS for Lands and Physical Planning. He was supported by Hon. Olago Aluoch. When he appeared before my Committee, he requested us not to prosecute the matter because you had made a ruling which I did not have officially from the Office of the Clerk. We pended that Statement."
