    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have had occasion to keenly interrogate the report prepared by the Budget Committee on the Budget Policy Statement for the fiscal year 2010/2011 and let me start by commending the Committee. The Committee has done an excellent job and it is such an excellent beginning as a first time legislator in this House. I can only say that future Parliaments will have an excellent platform on which to build the oversight mandate of this House, judging by the work that the Budget Committee has done on its first interaction with the Budget making process."
