If you have appeared before a Committee and the person invited does not appear, you can come and raise the matter here. You can even move an appropriate Motion for the House to deal with whoever it is. You keep complaining yet you have all the power to deal with these people. You want to go to them, you have tea with them then you come here and say that they did not appear. Hon. Members, if people are not appearing before Committees, without giving satisfactory reasons, when they have been invited to appear; please raise those issues here. However, do not raise the matter by way of complaint. Do the usual thing that will move the House. There will be particulars that the person was invited to come on a particular day and they failed to appear without giving any reasons and the House will deal with the person. Please, do not complain. Hon. Kamket, what is your intervention about?"
